Trauma‑Release Yoga (Body‑Centered Healing & Nervous System Support)

This offering is for individuals who sense that their body is holding tension, memories, or emotional residue from past experiences — and who want a safe, structured way to gently release what’s been stored.

Unlike traditional “trauma‑informed yoga,” which focuses primarily on creating a safe environment, this work goes deeper into the somatic (body‑based) layers of trauma. These sessions help you reconnect with your body, move in ways that protect you when awareness is limited, and create space for emotions or memories that may surface during practice.

I do not provide counseling or psychotherapy. Instead, I offer movement, breathwork, grounding, meditation, and optional journaling prompts to help you process what arises in a safe, supported way.

What You’ll Experience

  • Slow, intentional movement designed to release stored tension

  • Techniques to reconnect with your body when awareness feels distant

  • Breathwork to regulate and support the nervous system

  • Grounding practices for emotional steadiness

  • Meditation and guided inner awareness

  • Optional journaling prompts for integration

  • A safe, private space to move through whatever arises

Who This Is For

  • Individuals who feel disconnected from their bodies

  • People who sense emotional or physical tension stored in the body

  • Those navigating the aftereffects of trauma, stress, or overwhelm

  • Anyone seeking a body‑centered approach to healing

  • Clients who want support without entering a clinical therapy setting

The Experience

These sessions are slow, spacious, and deeply attuned. You set the pace. You choose what feels safe. I guide you with grounding, protective movement patterns, and tools that help you stay connected and supported throughout the process. Together, we create a space where your body can release, soften, and reclaim a sense of safety from the inside out.
